Stand-in Saint - The Carpenter
Charlie Boyd’s grandfather built this small church on a prairie hill over 100 years ago. Utilizing his carpentry skills, he’s hoping to keep it standing 100 more. Charlie repairs the window trim while the stained glass is being repaired.

Charlie Boyd learned carpentry while working in Saudi Arabia in the late 80’s. It was a hobby to pass the free time in the hot desert. “We had a little shop with a little A/C. It’s where I learned to make dovetail joints.”
